There is only one way to become a ChaCha Guide - You MUST be invited by another ChaCha Guide who has reached the Master level.

Hi James,
Email me for more info by clicking on the view profile link and then the email link. As far as your questions; yes you do make real money and there are a couple of options as to how you are paid, either monthly into your own bank account or by setting up an account with ChaCha's bank which gets you a real bank account with a Visa debit card and all you earnings can be applied to that instantly at any time for a $2.oo per transaction fee. This is the option that I use and it works great.
